Shipping Info

We have revised our shipping charges so that they are now based on the weight of the items that you order. This will mostly affect our International customers. We will use the actual postage cost plus a small handling charge that will be the same for all orders regardless of size or value.

Our cost to mail a 1 pound order via Priority Mail with Delivery Certification has gone up and our charge for mailing the package has risen by the same amount, most orders shipped to US addresses fall into this category.

International rates are a nightmare and a close look at them reveal changes that defy logic in some cases. Again, all postage rates will be based on weight using the Postal Service Rate Schedule. We only ship to the countries shown on our Shipping Countries list. If your country is not included please email us.

One other note - 1st Class International Mail limits package weight to 4 pounds. If your International order is over that your only shipping method will be International Express.

We will do our best to keep shipping costs down and think that our approach of charging by weight will be as fair and economical as it can be for all of our customers.
Our default shipping methods are as follows -

US Addresses - Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Express Mail
Foreign Addresses - 1st Class Mail International and Global Express Mail
You will see shipping charges as you put you order together. Tax is only charged on shipments to Arizona and will be shown on the Totals page before you submit your order.

Delivery time, after your order is shipped, varies by country and the time of the year with the holiday season being the busiest. Our experience shows us that normal in transit times are about 2 weeks for International orders. This can vary as all foreign orders must go through Customs on your end and that can add significantly to delivery times, especially around the holidays.
We are not responsible for any Customs charges, they are the customers responsibility.

U.S. orders are normally ship via 3 day Priority Mail.

WE NO LONGER SHIP VIA FEDEX!!!

Our default shipping method for foreign addresses, 1st Class International, does not have the option of insuring the parcel. If you want it insured please ask us for a quote as we are not responsible for lost foreign shipments that are not insured. We have not had a problem with this except in one or two countries but we feel that we should make you aware of the possibility.
