PAYMENT

We accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and U.S. Postal or International Money Orders in US Dollars for payment. Please do not send cash as we cannot be responsible for receiving it.

If you do not want to send your order via the Internet, please send all of the required ordering and payment information to us, along with a U.S. Postal or an International Money order drawn on a US bank in US Dollars ONLY.
We strongly recommend that you do not send us a check as our bank has informed us that we have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks after it's deposited to insure that it has cleared. We will not process checks drawn on a foreign bank, please send an International Money Order drawn on a US bank made out in U.S. Dollars.

Your credit card will charged when your order is filled, not before.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and include a handling charge.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY to U.S. ADDRESSES

Orders to U.S. addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless the customer requests a different shipping method. This is NOT insured mail and we cannot be responsible for its delivery. We will be happy to quote you shipping charges for Insured mail if you so desire. Please email us for a quote and include what you will be ordering as rates are based on the package weight.

We have had excellent results for U.S. shipments with Priority Mail, the Postal Service has been doing a great job. For our US customers who want faster delivery we suggest Express Mail.

We DO NOT ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, CUSTOMS and OTHER INFO RELATED TO FOREIGN ADDRESSES

Due to lost shipments, stolen credit card numbers, etc. we do not currently ship to the following countries -
Africa, Mexico, Middle Eastern countries, Eastern Europe, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Turkey. We will attempt to keep this list updated, it may not be all inclusive. Please email us if you have any questions.

If your order is being shipped outside of the United States please be aware that our default shipping method, 1st Class International Mail and DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE! We cannot be responsible for delivery to you for uninsured packages. If you are concerned about safe delivery we can ship via Express Mail Insured for an additional charge.

You are encouraged to email us for Insured shipping rates if this is a concern or you may email us with this order number and we will cancel the order. Insured shipping will always cost substantially more than our standard 1st Class International Mail shipping rate.


We ship many orders overseas and have only had a few that did not arrive. This is no guarantee that orders will not be lost in the future.

For our International customers who want faster, insured delivery we suggest Insured International Express Mail. Results have been great with both, orders shipped to Bangkok have arrived in less than a week with International Express Mail, can't ask for better than that.

The customer is responsible for all Customs charges and any other taxes, etc. that your country may collect before delivering the package to you. We suggest that you check with your Customs authorities before placing an order to see what these charges may be as they vary by country and can be very high. We have no control over that and cannot ship orders marked as a gift. We normally have all items in stock and your order should be shipped out within 4 business days after it is placed, usually sooner. We will contact you via email if we are out of stock on any items that you order.
You should receive your order within 2 weeks if you are in the United States, International orders usually take longer and delivery time varies by country.

The U.S. Postal Service quotes a transit time of 2 to 3 days for Priority Mail, they do not guarantee that and it may take longer, especially on packages shipped to the East Coast. Their on time delivery record has been very good but we do get an occasional package that takes longer to be delivered. Please contact us, preferably via email, if you do not receive your order in this time frame.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED HERE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE

The returned item must be unused and in original packaging.

All goods are inspected before they are packaged to insure that they meet our standards. If you perceive a problem with any item please contact us before they are worn so we can look into it.

We will exchange nylons for a different size if they have not been tried on or worn. We cannot resell them if they have been tried on! If you are unsure about the size we suggest that you unpack a pair and hold them up next to your leg. This will give you a good idea as to whether they are the right length. Take into account that heavier legs will take up more of the fabric and will come up lower on your leg. Please contact use prior to sending nylons back for a size change!

We can exchange most of our Lingerie items, except Panty Girdles and Garter Belts and Waist Cinchers with 10 or more garters. MAKE SURE THAT YOU MEASURE PROPERLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!! All items, except bras, are ordered by natural waist size, please contact us if you have any questions.

All returns and exchanges MUST BE in resaleable condition or they will be returned to you at your cost. We have received, for example, bras for exchange that have either powder, lotion, or deodorant on them, we can't resell these items. Please take the proper precautions when you try your items on in case they do have to be exchanged.

Garter Belts and Waist Cinchers with 6 or 8 garters will incur a 20% restock or exchange fee since the garters are added on a custom basis and shipping will be charged to you to return the item. If you do not want items that we can't resell back we will destroy the item here and refund 50% of the price of the item, less any shipping charges. We have to do this to keep our prices as low as possible.

We will gladly replace any product that is defective as we will do our best to sell only high quality products. Please contact us via email prior to returning any items as we cannot accept returns without prior approval. This applies to refunds as well. All approved refunds will be credited to your account within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

Please contact us before sending any items back as all items are checked before being shipped to you. We will only sell quality products, please contact us if you have a problem with your order. We aim to please and will work hard to maintain a first class reputation in the mail order industry.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable packages

Orders that are returned to us because they have been refused or unclaimed by the person it was shipped to or orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be handled as follows -
Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you want the order re-shipped normal shipping charges will apply.
A restock fee of 15% based on the cost of the merchandise plus our shipping costs will be assessed. Garter Belts and Waist Cinchers with 6 or 8 garters will incur a 20% restock fee since the garters are added on a custom basis.
The remaining amount will be returned to the individual originally billed for the order.
